I've only had one realtor so far, but let me tell you.... Aimee is the real deal. She did so much more than just help us buy a house. Any questions or concerns we had, she addressed. She did so much extra legwork, even offering to do things that the sellers were supposed to, but were slacking on. I doubt I will ever buy another house, but if I do, hopefully Aimee is still doing real estate cuz I will 100% ask for her by name 2023

Aimee was phenomenal to work with from the initial first call to her, interview, and the home search. I'm picky and she was patient with me. She gave me lots of advice along the way, and let me know not to worry because when I find the one home, I would know. She notices possible warning signs such as water stains/leaks, warning cracks on the walls, windows, utility room units aprox. ages as we were looking at homes. She went above and beyond with doing additional research on the property I purchased when I had questions. She is an excellent negotiator. She has good contacts for contractors around town.
