Dennis Sanders held an open house on 1/17/2021 at 2200 Iroquiois Place, Thompsons Station, TN 37179. When we arrived and entered the home, we were greeted by Mr Sanders, as well as a house full of potential buyers. Mr Sanders, and several potential buyers were not wearing masks as required by Williamson County, TN. When we asked Mr. Sanders where his mask was, he replied, "Oh, I don't wear them.". Mr. Sanders conducted a "super spreader" event that afternoon. He acted selfishly, and irresponsibly. We left immediately, as did several others. Mr Sanders and his clients, should understand that the "highest bidder" may have been among those that left. Total disregard for the safety of others, in the interest of one. We will share this info with the Williamson County Health Dept, in the event that they need to do contact tracing.

Dennis is a quality individual. He rode out my ocd behavior and was extremely patient, professional and really took to heart his commitment to always be working for our best interest. He is knowledgeable and knows what to point out at every stage in the process. He also didnt want us to settle till he found us the perfect home. He knew all the right questions to ask and did not ever hesitate to tell us things that we needed to know but didnt necessarily want to hear. I would highly recommend Dennis to anyone looking for someone who will shoot them straight and be their advocate either as a buying or selling agent.
