Kimberly was vital in my home search. She has so much knowledge of various things (construction, costs of repairs, typical practices, etc) that I was often unaware of. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind with every step of the process. She was always friendly, but professional. She was easily accessible and helped me think through things logically and not emotionally. I don't know how I would have it made it to and through closing without Kim!
