Adam was referred to me by a family member. I was going to be relocating to Bakersfield and needed a realtor to work from a referral. I was already denied by another realtor stating "they couldn't because there was not enough commission for them" Adam said YES right away. He patiently walked me through the process while I waited to sell my home up north. He replied to every text and phone call during this crazy time in my life. When I finally was able to drive to Bakersfield to meet him in person and look at homes, he allocated a full weekend and had homes lined up. We did this a few weekends before one of my offers was accepted. Adam kept me in my budget and gave me sound advice when I thought of going over the budget. Most realtors wouldn't care, they would want the larger sale to get more commission. Adam was honorable and truthful each step of the process. I will refer Adam to anyone who needs a realtor!
