We recently purchased a home in Forest Falls, and Frank Sexton was our realtor. We decided to relocate our family to a mountain area, and we started researching homes online on our own. Frank is really good at making you feel like you're in control of of the deal. He'll make plenty of recommendations and offer plenty of guidance, but in the end he wants you to know you make the final calls and the executive decisions.
Selling my house was a bit of a nightmare. Lots of things outside of our control were going haywire. Frank was positive and strategic the whole time. We didn't jump to conclusions and make false assumptions about anything, and we worked with what we knew.
