We hired Carina because we saw how hard she worked for our neighbors when they were selling their home. From the first day we decided to list our home for sale she was professional all the way. She kept everyone on track for their duties and pretty much gave us a daily update on everything. We needed to pay attention to some details and she oversaw progress until completion. I had a couple of personal issues that I wanted an agent to pay attention to and she kept it a priority, which wouldve been a dealbreaker for me. When the offers started to come in she handled them like the pro she is and got us $40,000 more than our asking price! One thing in particular that I definitely appreciated was the fact that she was there at escrow signing day. She is the only agent I have ever worked with that explained everything that the title company was saying to us. She sat by my side and kept me informed on every aspect of the contract.
