We worked with Kelly over a period of about a year to find the perfect house that met all of our many requirements. We knew we had high standards and were picky about different aspects of houses and initially had some nervousness as to whether an agent would not like to work with us. Kelly never gave us the feeling that she herself wanted us to make an offer. She only cared that we were comfortable and excited about the prospective house. We became comfortable bouncing ideas off of her regarding what remodel could possibly be done and re-imagining spaces.

We made a few offers but never wanted to get into bidding wars which is common now. She always had our interests in mind and crafted our offers such that we didn't get taken advantage of.

When we had an offer accepted, Kelly's extensive knowledge of the process became apparent and was essential in helping us understand all of our rights, what costs we might incur, what deadlines existed for different actions, etc. Kelly was adamant about making sure all of the inspections were done, including chimney, sewer, pest, roof, etc. It was nice to know that there was someone in the process that, without question, had only your best interests in mind. When it came to negotiations, she was able to get a good amount of credit back from the seller for repairs when they had initially indicated that they would do so.

Kelly is an excellent real estate agent, and my wife and I highly recommend her.
