Paul made selling my property a pleasant experience. At the first inspection of my property he guided me on items that I needed to address. He presented me with comparison listings and we arrived at a potential selling price that met my expectations. The selling contract and accompanying documents were easy to understand and straight forward, signing and approving was easy with online signing. It was fast and easy, I didn't have to leave my home. Paul took care of getting great pictures and writing a description of my property. The first day of listing, we had three offers. Paul made suggestions as to which offers I should or should not consider. In the end I accepted an offer that was more than I had planned. The rest of the sale went smooth and effortless.
