I have known Arnie Martinez for more than 9 months only. He and I met while I was working for AT&T during that time I was looking to sell our house and Arnie offered his real state consulting services to our family, helping us to improve our advertising strategies to sell our house as soon as possible and to increase web traffic.
Arnie is one of the most dedicated, hardworking and innovative people Ive had the pleasure of working with in any capacity. He is also compassionate, kind and never misses the opportunity to help others.
Arnie went above and beyond our family expectations in many ways. Arnie stepped in to finalize plans, documents, etc. and ensure the seller and the buyer were both satisfied with the transaction at all times before the escrow was closed.
He was even working late into the evening and sacrificing an entire weekend when needed in order to keep our demands in place. Ernie is the type of person/Real State Agent you can count on to keep a cool head in a stressful situation, and his positive attitude is contagious.
For these reasons, I recommend Arnie Martinez and his Wife for the selling of our house and believe he would be the best Real State Agent if any of you choose him for your real state needs. At the same, He also help my Sister to buy a house in Stockton, she is extremely happy and the house is beautiful.
