Sammi was so Great! She found places for me to look at on line and then she set up list of 5 places the first Monday we looked. I LOVED the last place we looked at that day! It was THE one. We made an offer that day. She negotiated for me and the end of the third day they accepted our offer. By the end of the week we had a closing date!! Today I have a home I love because Sammi invested considerable TIME and persisted when I was ready to give up. It was the spring of 2017 and I was looking for a 3+ bedroom home in the Mahtomedi/White Bear/Oakdale area with a garage for under $225K. Homes in that price range were often selling over the asking price and usually in less than a week. Everything on the market longer than a few weeks needed major repair or was too small. I bid and lost out on a couple of homes and was ready to give up. Sammi never lost hope and kept looking. She spotted a new listing in the right location that needed a little work, but it was affordable. She showed me what it would be worth if I purchased and made a few small investments, in this case, floor coverings and paint. I was able to buy the home for a reasonable price. I made the updates and if I sold today, I would likely have and extra $20K in my pocket. I have purchased a few homes over the years and know I would not have experienced this level of customer service from any big box realty company. Sammi works hard for her customers and knows realty. Sammi invested considerable time and made the sale of my home a success. Prior to the listing, I followed her recommendations for minor repairs. She then provided a detailed and thorough market analysis, suggesting I price the home higher than I planned. It sold quickly and for more than I expected. She answered all of my questions about the numerous legal documents sellers are are required to sign to get the home listed and sold. The closing proceeded without a hitch. I've bought and sold several homes over the years and never received this level of service from a big-box realty company.
