Five Stars on everything means it all. Shannon is THE BEST when it comes to a home owners needs. Would recommend her highly in a heartbeat. She has lots of experience with Allen and surrounding areas and great knowledge of the market and the process of selling/buying. She is extremely amazing with communications and responses. My expectations on responsiveness is pretty high and she met/exceeded it. She knows to do the right digging and use her skills to provide great judgment for her clients.
