We were referred to Lori and Dylan Cerutti through a friend that went through the buying process with them. We were making a move from Columbus to Cleveland in the height of the real estate market and I can certainly say that these two went above and beyond all expectations in the buying process. Due to the distance, it was critical to find a home and be able to place an offer immediately. Initially, we took a weekend and looked at as many homes as possible to establish what we were looking for in a new home. As time progressed, we repeated this process over many months, often doing video tours during the week when we could not travel to Cleveland. Any questions we would have would be answered thoroughly and promptly. On our last weekend visit to Cleveland to look at homes, we were taken to a home that wasnt even something we considered.
