Larry from the beginning was friendly, professional, and great at explaining things to my wife and I. The explaining was great for us considering we were first time homebuyers and there is so much that goes into the process of buying a home. When it came to communication Larry was top class. Through our unique experience of buying a house, Larry was always there to fight for us and get what was best for us, while keeping an open line of communications and taking into account our needs and desires. Till the end Larry was making phone calls and working absolutely tirelessly for us. Even after closing, the communication is good, we have been able to contact him after purchasing our dream home, and he has been able to help us navigate our home warranty. Larry was my second experience with a realtor, and he was absolutely phenomenal. My first home buying experience was legitimately a first time buyer horror story, with that agent trying to push me to do all kinds of things that weren't in my interest. Larry was the exact opposite, he gave great advice, but wouldn't do anything unless my wife and I felt comfortable with it. He helped us sell our old home, and purchase a new in the span of about 2 months at the end of 2022. I cannot imagine a better realtor. He was incredibly hardworking. Larry is the best of the best when it comes to an agent and a person. His market knowledge and experience is vast and accurate. He is genuine with concern to actually caring about his clients needs and wants, rather than as most agents see dollars and are fake. Ive have known Larry as a close friend for 37 years and that speaks volumes for his character. I have hired him as my agent to sell a condo and more recently to purchase a rental property. This is how I know he will do everything for his clients, and if he tells you hell do something, hell get it done.
My Dad used Larry to buy his home, and sell his house. He doesnt have email, so Larry had to meet with him every time he needed to sign paperwork, which is a lot! Larry was absolutely wonderful! Larry is good at what he does, which makes the process of buying and selling houses much easier, especially when it is your first time buying like it was for me! In the midst of a sellers market and people throwing insane amounts of cash at houses that were not valued at what they were offering, Larry kept us calm through the offer process. He explained different ways to write the offer that didn't involve just being the highest bidder to attract the seller. There were things he told us about that we had never heard of and because of Larry's knowledge and experience we were able to purchase a house for less than list, giving us positive equity upon close and all parties walked away smiling.
