Rickilee is a ringer not to be underestimated. I think it took awhile for her to get inside of our heads to figure out what we wanted but it also took us a bunch of houses to know exactly what we didnt want so that was not on her. She did exactly what we asked while still guiding the ship in a safe direction. My wife and I debated selling our home for years before making the commitment. We had so many questions and doubts because of our unique situation. Our home needed more work than we could afford and due to the home's rural/mountain location, many features were non-conforming. Rickilee guided us through every step of the process and thoroughly reviewed all of our options with us. She made sure that we fully understood everything that was going on.
