Before we even stepped foot to view properties, Priyank had spent a few hours on the phone with us to understand our family's specific needs and requirements. He listened to our concerns, our thoughts without judgement and with much care. Then, when we actually went to view properties, we saw over 20 houses in 3 days due to a short searching window. Priyank came prepared having researched homes that fit our budget, our needs, our quirks (like no stairs facing the front door) and showed us ONLY those homes within our budget.
