When we initially inquired about the home we eventually purchased online Benjamin responded almost immediately. We started as a backup offer on the home as it already had buyers pending, but Benjamin helped get our offer accepted.
Benjamin was also an invaluable resource for connecting us to local trades and contractors. This purchase came with many challenges, but Benjamin had a direct line to a skilled and responsive professional whether it was HVAC, Foundation, Septic, Roofing, Electric, or Plumbing. He was often able to coordinate multiple quotes or inspections, so the problems and fixes we needed to make our offer. At the end of the process we hit another problem due to a plumbing failure that damaged the floor just days before closing. Once again with Benjamin's help we were able to negotiate corrective actions with the seller and get to an agreeable closing.
This was not the smoothest home purchase I've been involved with, but in the end we got the deal done which wouldn't have been nearly as fast, and might not have happened at all without his help. 2019

I like Ben and he tries to the utmost of his ability to do the best job. However, the one aspect he ran across with selling my property was it was a HOA and there are only two in Ukiah while where I came from in San Mateo, Ca there are loads and you really have to know how they work or one can get lost in the shuffle. Ben sold my condo and I bought through him a condo in Ukiah. So he had three buys going at once and it was a busy week for him besides the other units he sold that week.
