Brandon Sweeney helped us with an estate sale after the passing of a family member. He guided us through every step of the process, he was personal and easy to work with. Brandon was accurately able to set the expectations of sales price and how long the process would take.

Besides the outstanding assistance with valuing the property, marketing the property and selling the property, Brandon also assisted in lining up top notch vendors to assist in making the property as presentable and valuable as possible.
While all of the listed positive qualities are applicable to Brandon unconditionally, the one that really stands out is patience. The property in question was an estate sale and after stops and starts it was several months before we secured all the go-aheads from the courts to proceed with the sale, not to mention the time it took after that milestone to prepare the property before putting it on the market.
