When I decided I wanted to no longer rent my town home but sell it, I decided to meet with Wendy. I had received a flyer from her that she had sold other town homes in that area, so I decided to give her a call.
When we met face to face to go over details, I immediately felt comfortable with her. She was easy to talk to and down to earth. She was organized and professional.
Since our renter had been renting from us for eight years, it was hard for us to approach him. Because of that, it took us some time (even months) to make the final decision to sell the town home after meeting with Wendy. I can say that Wendy was the most patient person with us during that time. She would check in every so often to see if we had made a decision, but she was never pushy and respected our decision on how we wanted to handle the situation.
When we decided to put our town home on the market, she offered suggestions on how we could make the place more appealing to a buyer. Once we had our town home on the market, it took no time for us to get an offer. Wendy was also patient with us during the negotiation phase.
