What is there not to love about Bea? During this crazy time in the market, Bea was there every step of the way to ensure that we felt supported as things changed on a daily (and, often time, hourly) basis. We had a lot of interesting situations arise and Bea was up to the task to finitely address these issues. Sometimes realtors can give lip service and just tell you what you want to hear, but that was not the case with Bea! She was incredibly candid and honest with us about house choices, neighborhoods, wish list items, etc. Especially as newbies to the Boston area, this all proved to be incredibly important when searching for homes in this market.
While we put in bids on multiple properties, we found the home that we ended up closing on through Bea's tailored MLS search engine, which was instrumental in getting a leg up on the competition. The bid-to-closing process had a lot of ups and downs, and the listing agent Bea worked with was unusual, to say the least. However, this didnt phase Bea at all, as she was able to effectively navigate that dynamic and ensure we were getting a fair deal and minimizing any additional headache as buyers. We are lucky and thankful that we were able to work with Bea to settle into our new home!
