Jackie was professional, personal in terms of meeting my needs, did extra things like planting flowers in the yard and bringing outdoor furniture and decorative urns so the outdoor of the house looked great, she was there to meet with service people when our oven needed repair, did the walk-through for the inspection when I was out of town, brought documents to my house so I could sign them at a convenient time for myself, chose a phenomenal photographer/videographer and even brought her own personal photographer for supplementary photographs she did for free, nailed the write-up, educated me on each step of the process, had excellent communication with me throughout the whole process to keep me up to date and informed of what was going on, and basically did everything possible to make the process efficient, successful, pleasant...and fun: Jackie is an absolute delight! I would highly recommend her to anyone.
