I had the best experience a seller could have in enlisting the help of realtor, Sharon Walas. She priced my home at the right price in order to attract potential buyers to the listing, staged my home for maximum exposure to it's best attributes, then negotiated with the buyer, for the best terms to close the sale quickly and efficiently. Sharon was always available to answer my questions, and let me know immediately of the many potential buyers who were considering putting in a bid and when they did put in bids, Sharon shared them with me and with her guidance, helped me select the best offer for my home. She also accompanied me to escrow, to make sure the closing went smoothly. I highly recommend Sharon Walas if you are looking for a knowledgeable, responsive and most of all, really wonderful to work with, realtor! I would enlist her services again, the next time I want to buy or sell a home or property!

Sharon was referred to us by our mortgage broker to educate us on what to expect in the home-buying process as first-time homeowners. She made sure we didn't miss our window on making an important offer that landed us in our dream home. We learned quickly how important it is to use a realtor with new construction since their sales agent only has the builders interests in mind, and to register your realtor at the first appointment. Sharon was our advocate and was always available by phone and email to review documents and answer our many questions along the way. She also referred us to a home inspector who put our minds at ease. We're grateful for Sharon's expertise and highly recommend her.
