The Jordan Terrell Group was great to work with in selling my home! We unexpectedly needed to sell our Centennial home FAST!Jordan and his team was ready and geared up for this from the first conversation I had with him. He explained our options and laid out a plan to get it done. As soon as the decision to sell was finalized, his team started executing the plan immediately. His staging consultant was amazing! She helped us make critical changes to get our house show ready in a short time. Jordan walked us through the local and regional market to give us several options when pricing the home, not just telling us what we wanted to hear and promising the world like other realtors we had talked to. Once our house went on the market, Jordans marketing plan really worked and our house generated a considerable buzz online with showings as early as the afternoon it went on market. The first weekend was packed with showings to prospective buyers with multiple offers coming in! After accepting an offer over asking price, Jordan helped us throughout the process. When there were inspection objections concerning potential issues with the sewer line, Jordan and his team were ready with the right people to set up an independent, reliable contractor to come inspect and mitigate the problem at an affordable price! When the buyers went back on agreements and threatened to back out, Jordan was there to negotiate for us to make sure everything went through and held the buyers accountable. After closing we had a post occupancy agreement that Jordan helped us understand and ensured that all of our questions were answered.

We met with him when we realized we needed to move fairly quickly and he rose to the occasion. He made us comfortable with placing our first home on the market, did an incredible job making our home look amazing, and then negotiated a great contract (priced well above our already great asking price). Buying a house is incredibly challenging in the Denver / Boulder market, especially with a relatively low budget. I really don't know how I lucked out for Scott Severn, but I got the most genuine, patient, and kind real-estate agent. Scott was the opposite of pushy, never interested in a quick sell or moving me outside of my budget. In fact, he was quite the opposite! He always gave me his honest opinion on our offers, potential homes, and the sellers we'd be working with. He's not a salesman, he's a human being who looks out for his clients and deeply cares about them and their opinions. Scott stuck with me through thick and thin he advised I walk away from a home after a rough inspection, we did. Then we found a home more perfect than I could ever have imagined. He's easy to work with and talk to. He is simply everything I could ask from an agent (and more) and I could not imagine going through this process with any other company.
