Jaco has been the best realtor that we have worked with over the years and we've worked with many. He quickly showed us that he honestly cares about finding the right home for his clients and not just making a sale. We instantly knew we had the right realtor after a few showings. His sense of humor and knowledge of the area put us at ease. We are picky buyers and Jaco had to show us probably 20-30 homes which he did without an ounce of complaining. Jaco also helped navigate a bad situation where we were getting ready to sign an offer on a house that hadn't disclosed a deed restriction due to soil contamination from a leaky underground fuel tank. Less than honorable owners and a shady part-time realtor didn't think it was necessary to disclose this information. If Jaco hadn't asked about a fuel tank we would have never known. We were browsing houses online for a long-time but didn't visit any because of COVID.
