Daniel is fantastic to work with. We had tried to sell our home by ourselves for quite a while with no success. We had known Daniel from another transaction, liked him and decided to hire him to sell our home. He sold it quickly and dealt with numerous obstacles trying to get it sold. Daniel was great at communicating with us as thing developed and he held his ground with the buyer's side when he needed to. He went above and beyond to minimize my inconvenience. For example, he brought 5 or so packages to us got that misdelivered there. At the last minute, we had requests from the buyer such as removing a refrigerator and other items from the house. Daniel found someone to come remove the refrigerator and he even helped them load it. With the other items, Daniel rolled up his sleeves and helped our guy load up two truckloads of stuff. As a first time home buyer, Dan was absolutely incredible to work with. He was knowledgeable and patient with me as I dragged him all over town to look at different places and constantly sent him new listings that I was interested in to get his thoughts. I knew that I could count on him for honest and insightful advice - whether it was updates that I was considering or more information on the surrounding neighborhood and the potential for property value growth. When we visited the house that I ended up buying, we spent 45 minutes going through it in detail and I looked at him and asked, "I would be stupid to pass this up, wouldn't?" to which he just laughed and nodded. As we moved through the closing process, he calmed my anxieties and reassured me that this was a good move for me.
