Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with! She helped with the sale of our home in Monee and the purchase of a home in the Mount Greenwood neighborhood of Chicago. Michelle was always personally available to call, text, email, or chat about any concerns we had. Before COVID, she was able to do an open house with our home in Monee which ultimately led to the contract and sale - an outcome I would not have expected, but am SO grateful she did! During COVID, Michelle was completely professional and maintained contact while following safety precautions for social distancing since we still needed to view homes and find our new place. Often my impatient and action-oriented husband would request same or next day showings which Michelle was more likely than not able to accommodate, or would offer a reasonable explanation for why she or the seller couldn't meet our request and offered an agreeable alternative date and time.
