Kelsey was good at working with our schedule for the showing and the walk-through. She thoroughly explained the flaws that we needed to know. Her personality is so positive and supportive. She was always available by phone or email for our questions. The welcome bag was amazing! It was so unexpected. Roxane was present at the closing appointment with the attorney.
