Having worked with quite a few realtors in the past in buying a primary residence and investment properties, I will begin by saying that Jibran definitely sets the bar way high for them. My wife and I met him by chance at an open house that we happened to see while driving. He took the time to understand what we were looking for while catering to other prospective buyers who were also looking at the property. He uses technology and data adeptly and more importantly is happy to share his knowledge with his clients. He spent over an hour over Zoom explaining the entire process and shared his own experiences with us.
