When Mike showed me one of the houses which needed a total rehab and didnt really worth the money and I started to present it as if it was it a great deal I totally Understand the end of the day hes a just a salesman, what what happen next I never understood, specially from my day I get tons of phone calls and emails from, that is what happend
I found a house in a perfect location and great price
Stating that the furnace showing on Friday at 5 PM ,I called Mike and Ill stand to set up a showing to be the first want to see the house and hopefully the first one to put an offer on the house, I saw the house on Friday at 5:15 and told Mike I need to put an offer on the house, For some reason Mike Wass talking negatively about the house to the point I didnt understand especially after my last experience was that shitty house we saw A week before.
Mike never wrote the offer and stop communicating with me when I called him on Tuesday morning I found out that Another buyer had an offer and it was excepted, I believe that Mike was playing a game and wanted that house for someone he knows, I dont think hes honest at all, first he told me that they excepted a cash offer then he said cash offers always win, to find out it was not a cash offer It Was finance, and he told me that he Communicated with me regarding the house via email And it might went to my spam folder, of course he never dead.
Good luck with this man, how easily we can be deceived

Mike comes across as a great guy speaks well and is really good at getting you to believe his lies .mike hired me to do a project at his house and once he realised he was over budget he refused to pay final payments and offerd to pay me with drugs i do not work for drugs ( injectable steriods)and the guys that work for my company do not get paid in drugs i do have the text messages he sent me if anyone would like to see?

Mike did an amazing job helping me buy my first home. I had gotten his name from several friends who've used him so I figured he'd be good, but he far exceeded my expectations.
