Karen was patient and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. She went way beyond normal process to help us get our house sold to our son and his family in spite of roadblocks thrown by his lender and VA... She helped me maintain a decent attitude even when it seemed like everything was fast going way far south. She knows the market and gave great advice.
