Kevin Cosgrove is the best Realtor I have ever worked with and its not even close. The housing market being as tough as it is finding a house was a huge task but Kevin actually made it fun. His knowledge of the market, local codes, and building practices made me feel like I actually knew what I was buying. He didnt try to talk about paint color or landscaping; we talked about boiler ages and resale potential. Im not in a rush to buy another house but if I did I wouldnt dread it if Kevin was my realtor.

Kevin made the process of buying our first home a less stressful one that we have had no regrets about. Three months in, we still reach out to Kevin with the occasional local/house-related question and his responses are no less thorough or immediate despite us not currently purchasing/selling a property with him. I would highly recommend Kevin to anybody looking for a calm, but knowledgeable guide to help navigate the real estate market on either side.
