If I was to buy and/or sell a home anywhere in Kern County, I would work with Shelley Wyrick. As a professional realtor she helps to create a smooth process with the least amount of possible problems. We had multiple issues come up that we were met with Shelley saying, "Don't worry, I will take care of this".and take care of it she did. In the end, I gained a new respect for what a "great realtor" is compared with a poor realtor. She got our home sold with our trust and got us a great price. While the buyer's realtor was more like a, "used car salesman" and played a lot of games, Shelley let us know exactly what to expect from him.
