Ginger is by far the best at what she does! She went above and beyond for my husband and I while selling our house. We were on the market for 128 days with another realtor, and after making adjustments and listing with Ginger, we were pending in 14 days! A year has passed, and I thought I would add to this review. Joe and Ginger have helped us sell our remaining properties. I really do not believe another realtor could have done all that they did for us. On the last property, they coordinated a huge estate sale in an incredibly short amount of time. They got the entire property cleaned up after the sale and then listed faster than expected. The property then sold for more than we ever thought we could get.
