We started our search process in 2021 so we spent quite a bit of time together over the years and Jocelyn was always so supportive and patient as we worked to find something that we liked within our budget and timeframe (we had a difficult apartment lease to work around, the pandemic, etc.). As first time home buyers, we were a little lost in the process but Jocelyn walked us through the steps and made sure we understood everything and re-explained things that we inevitably needed re-explained over the years. When visiting homes together, Jocelyn was helpful in explaining things we should look out for, shared her thoughts in a neutral manner, and helped to keep us excited about the process when we were feeling discouraged. Some of my favorite memories were watching her and my partner get into the crawl spaces and really looking into every corner with flashlights, something I didn't really expect realtors to do but we appreciated it so much as it felt like she really wanted us to get the best property for us. We also had a hiccup with our mortgage company and Jocelyn was wonderful - we had a company lined up from when we started the process but over the years, we felt that they were starting to be shady and giving conflicting information between the team members, and Jocelyn was able to share three recommendations for groups within the region. We spoke with them and felt so supported by each of the companies in just the introductory phone calls that switching was a no-brainer and we were pleased with the company we ended up working with for our home purchase. While we are happy to have found our home, we felt like we gained a friend throughout this process and we are sad to no longer be working with Jocelyn and getting to explore additional houses together. We highly recommend Jocelyn to others looking to purchase a home, and plan to work with Jocelyn in the future should we wish to sell or buy another property in the future. 2023

My partner and I were first-time homebuyers and had a million questions about the entire process - this was on top of navigating house-hunting during the COVID-19 pandemic. Jocelyn was like a rock - understanding, available, patient, steady, reliable, and direct. She gave her own thoughts and recommendations as we toured homes, taught us things to look-out for, and helped us manage our expectations of how things worked.
