We first used another realtor, Mossy Oak Properties, with little success selling our home. The realtor gave some bad advice is pricing our home and did little to market the home including refusing to hold or assist with any "open houses". We asked the agent to send us flyers so we could reproduce them, in order to hold our own open house and the agent told us she would not and further advised we could find another agent. That agent released us from our sales agreement without any issues.

She will advise you what you need to do to prepare your home for showings and what to expect all through the marketing and sale process.
