Terri was a great help in selling my home for a great price and with the ability to choose the best of multiple bids! After 7 years at my home I decided to move, and it needed some work with an aging roof, pets, and kids. Terri advised me on the best bets for renovation and maintenance, connected me with good contractors that did work affordably and on time, and discussed with me the relative pros and cons of doing the work and how she thought it could improve the price and ease of selling the home. With a few questions and decisions, I trusted the process and had the work done. We had various discussions on paint colors, roof shingles, etc, and I took a lot of Terris valuable advice. The home was ready to sell on schedule and we got about 4-5 offers and were able to sell above asking to a quality buyer and close quickly. Everything worked out like Terri thought it should. Overall I would say that Terri is a great agent to work with. She is connected and well known in the community, on top of it on the paperwork, a good judge of the market, has good contractors, and was able execute her vision of getting good bids and prices. I am happy that I chose to work with Terri on selling my home!

Terri Collins requested to show our house yesterday to her clients twice in one day. First appointment from 4:30-6:00 pm. Second appointment from 7:10-7:25 pm. She didn't BOTHER to show up at either appointment! No cancellation call, no nothing. Just left us INCONVENIENCED and kept us out of our house for over four hours, not to mention the morning we spent preparing our home for a pristine showing.
