She made a list of everything she suggested we do... and I say "we", because Jessica helped me every step of the way. There were things to move out, things to move in, projects to finish. She found and hired a handyman for a few of my projects. She staged the house beautifully and she even helped me all day with a clean out and dump run. That is way above and beyond! We put out a coming soon and we sold the home for asking price before we even hit the MSL.
