I would like to give Grace Faithful my strongest endorsement for helping me sell my home in the Nash County - Red Oak area. I contacted Grace in 2018 about listing my home. She came by in short order, walked me through the process in great detail, and even produced a market analysis within a day.
Ultimately, circumstances had me table the sell until I contacted her again in Spring 2019. She was back on point without hesitation. My property was subsequently listed, received a couple offers within 3 days, under contract in less than a week, and she kept me apprised of developments up to closing every step of the way.
