I usually dont take the time to do these things. Let me brag on my agent for a second , she is the best. I think she goes above and beyond of what Ive seen from looking at other properties, I cant say it enough but she made a video of my house and I was amazed. The pictures turned out great but that video made me want to buy my own house. She was patient with me on timing and didnt even try to rush me into anything. If you just let her do her thing and trust in her on what she tells you , then your house will be sold before you even know it , she knows the market and does a little homework and gets the job done 2023
