In 2022, I thought of selling my house in Murphys and began looking for a realtor. I really did my due diligence before choosing Stacey. Stacey had the most sales in the area (actually she and another agent in her office were both right up there). I rang her and said that I was contemplating selling and that I had a pretty special house: a Mid Century Modern I had renovated and has been a highly rated Airbnb over the past two years. I told her I would likely be pushing the market (Im sure every realtor loves hearing that!).

As most know covid 19 effected the market. Our deal started early 2020 and we were jumping through hoops working through it and closed 4-5 months later. Stacey, during the the process was responsive and was able to carry us me the buyer and also the seller to closing. Would I do a deal with her again. Yes I would. She will give her honest opinion but will go to bat for you no matter what.

Stacy did not follow through with marketing plan or reply to questions asked by us to buyer. We never saw her again or did she visit the property after signing the contract and putting up the sign and installing the lockbox. The Flyer box on sign never had flyers. Office staff member Stephanie was difficult to get documents, sending us other people's documents and never sending us a complete set of finished documents. Century 21 Sierra Property never tried to schedule a office home tour, Open house or even have a agent with us at the signing of the title company closing. 2019
