Tanja is a realtor that seems to have endless energy and is incredibly responsive. I did a 1031 Exchange, where the selling and buying are on tight timelines, require an extra entity to work with (the 1031 Exchange company) and find a house to purchase quickly.

Tanja did not always tell me good news, as I needed to perform an unexpected repair to the property I was selling, but I needed to hear it. She was professional and direct about what I needed to do, the timeline to complete the repair, and had someone lined up to perform the work for me. She decreased the pain of the unexpected repair and resolved it quickly so that the sale would happen fast.

When buying a house, she moved just as fast, was already honed into what I wanted, and found properties for me quickly. She made honest recommendations about what was easy to fix, and to walk away from houses that had issues I was not prepared to deal with.

When I am in the market again, I will seek Tanja out again! I've recommended her to people and will continue to do so.
