John was amazing with helping us purchase our first home! John was extremely professional and helpful. After seeing a few houses, John automatically knew what it is that I wanted. He would search houses that he thought we would like. When my husband and I would feel discouraged he would remind us to not give up that the right house would work out and it did! We found the right house and were able to close on 8/7/2023. We are grateful for John for always taking his time with us, his knowledge and his attention to detail.

I enjoyed working with John a lot as he is clearly someone who cares more about the customer he's working with than the commission he is making off of them. He is experienced and well-versed in the real estate market and offers his own insights as to whether you're getting a good deal or not. He also knows the RDU area quite well, so that is a plus.
