Deanna is professional, thorough, caring, and gets the job done! Using a VA loan is not the easiest process, as we found ourselves getting beat out at every turn with those "all cash" and "large down payment" buyers. She stuck with us for months of searching, and spent every free moment showing us properties. I honestly lost track of how many we had seen. BUT everything happens for a reason, because when we found our home, we ALL walked in and said, "this is the one!" It was not an easy task getting our offer accepted, but without Deanna I do not think it would have happened. She put together so many things that made our offer stand out, from family photos to having us write out our family story.
