Working with Melissa was a complete joy, and we are grateful that she was our realtor. After our bid was accepted and we had the initial inspection done, we had an issue with a small leak in a drainpipe that needed attention. She coordinated the plumber to come in to repair that pipe and found a disastrous situation that no one expected. During a deep freeze over Christmas, a pipe burst under a hall closet and flooded the whole lower level of our potential new home requiring extensive repairs. She coordinated between the sellers of the home and the contractors and us to get the repairs done in a timely manner all on top of selling the home we currently had. Melissa's professionalism and calming experience helped "talk my wife off of the ledge" several times and brought this transaction to a happy ending. Her attention to detail and caring for her clients, is highly commendable. Not only did she help with our situation, but also kept the buyers of our home in the loop with all the repairs and delays that came up unexpectedly. It's a shame we can only give 5 stars because Melissa deserves way more than that. We would highly recommend Melissa to anyone who may be looking to purchase and/or sell their home.
