Erick really knew the Elk Grove Village market well and was able to provide me with excellent information about market comps, what to expect in terms of competing offers and how I could structure mine to give me an advantage with the seller. He was always professional and willing to get me in to look at prospective homes quickly. I was the first one in the home I ended up purchasing. We saw it within an hour of when it went on the market. We got the first bid in and he followed up with the listing agent making sure she knew we were interested and engaged. In the end I feel certain that his focus and engagement on my behalf made the difference that helped us win the bid.
Throughout the process Erick went out of his way to ensure I had the information necessary to determine if I wanted to make an offer. He brought in professionals to help me evaluate remodeling costs, and provided good counsel about what the sellers would or wouldnt accept. Once I made a decision he took my offer to them. He always wanted to do his best for me and there was never pressure to offer a bid I was not comfortable with.
