She got us the house of our dreams, in the South OC location we wanted, for asking price, at a time when homes were going $50k+ over (mid-2021). As classic millennial buyers, we read TONS of realtor reviews and interviewed three. We chose Anne because she was the only one to express it may not be the best time to buy. She immediately had our interests above her own and that only became more apparent she longer we worked with her.

Even from across the country, Anne was easy to work with. We toured with her before we decided to move to California, just to get an idea of the area. Then we toured more seriously a year later right before our move. Anne put significant effort into planning. She strategically lined up homes so that we saw properties non-stop. She listened to our interests, showed us a good spread, picked up quickly on where we were leaning, then zoned in more specifically. She never pushed for more expensive homes, but she was genuine in expressing which areas she did and did not recommend living and why. Her knowledge of Orange County is extensive, which we needed not being from the area.

Anne is one of the sweetest individuals and we really got to know her personally. Since buying with her, we've also gotten to know more of the Monica Carr Group. They really make an effort to establish a relationship with clients - far beyond anything I have experienced, even from other small businesses. They host a Christmas party for past clients and have checked-in multiples times, such as when we had our baby.

When we decide to sell, we won't consider selling with anyone else. As we've gotten to know this group, we've seen them sell homes far over asking and, keeping with putting clients first, they've even convinced clients to remodel their current homes instead of selling. Quality people with values.
