Troy Timmerman became our realtor when we unexpectedly saw a house that was in our budget across the Mississippi River in Wisconsin. Our usual realtor ( Bobbi Jo Volkens, Iowa realtor) had been in communication with Troy initially and said I would go with Troy, hell work twice as hard for you, so we did and we are really glad we did. The house he had first showed us was something that we wanted badly because of its location and lot size, we talked that evening and by 0900 the next morning after dropping the kids off at school we were meeting Troy in front of the house. I cant say enough about Troy and how fast he made that showing happen because not all realtors work this way for people. Troy was easy to get ahold of and we respect what he does so I would text him and he would respond in a timely fashion after finishing with his family or current showings. The house ended up not being what we wanted after all and my wife and I were bummed out. I had let the idea of another house go because no house had what we were looking for. A short time had passed and I thought about the next best thing, land. I looked around online for land and lots and saw few that interested us I found one near the house we first looked at. I ended up calling Troy to pick his brain on the idea of building a house over buying a house. We talked and talked about the pros and cons and lots of things that building a house entails since he recently just went through the process of building his house. The lot I had found was down the road from where Troy had some listed but hadnt considered them, the more this had gone on Troy kept referring to the 2 lots and weighed the pros and cons of the 2 properties for sale that had interested us. Troys 2 lots he had listed were right before our eyes and on the same block as the house we looked at but still had other ideas but nothing was adding up and he kept on reminding us of them and one day he said just go drive by the lots and look at them, so we did and they turned out to be the lots we would buy. Troy had listened to us and we just took longer to realize what he was saying with all this going on from the unraveling of a pandemic to us considering purchasing land during this time. We are now land owners all because Troy truly wanted to find us what we wanted but could not find. We highly recommend Troy Timmerman. 2020
