I am an RE investor who is always looking for the next deal. The issue I have with most realtors is they just want to make a sale and dont know a good deal even if they crash into it. Francis was different and I imagine it comes from his experience with investing in RE himself. He was knowledgeable about the area I was interested in, the comps, what needed to be done to the property and even went out of his way to help create a projection spreadsheet for a few different properties we were looking at.
