Mark was knowledgeable and professional. I never had to worry about things getting handled. At the open house he was great at reading people, showing the highlights of the home and didn't come across as a pushy realtor. After my mediocre experience with my last realtor, Mark really left a better taste in my mouth. To me that is what makes a great realtor, someone that leaves a great impression to your potential buyer and someone that follows thru from start to finish. That way there will not be any doubt in my mind in who to use again or refer to my friends when looking for a great realtor.
