Our experience could not be better. We provided Peg with our criteria and a list of houses that interested us from the website. Peg suggested we visit for three days. When we arrived in Orleans, Peg showed us several houses, some on our list and some not, explaining why we probably would not like other houses on our list. (Afterwards I looked and Peg had been right in each case.) We actually found the house we wanted on our first trip and Peg then competently guided us through the bidding, contracting and closing process.
