I have a few family members that have worked with Renee previously and highly recommended her. I cannot explain how patient she was with us! As I previously mentioned, we faced quite a few hurdles and naturally had at least a thousand questions that Renee took and answered with ease. Always answered the phone and a lot of times answered questions I hadn't even asked yet.
I did not personally speak with any other members of the Century 21 staff but I know Renee consulted with a broker about our situation and we received great insight and advice that ultimately lead to the decision we made.

You have to spend a LOT of time on the phone with your agent and it was nice not to feel like a transaction.
